Agent Training Program

We provide step-by-step training for new real estate agents, taking you from preparing your first offer, to negotiating, and successfully closing deals.

Agents work on a 75% commission split, with 25% commission paid directly to the licensed instructor / trainer ( all of our trainers have active real estate licenses are able to receive commissions).

Our trainers bring years of real estate sales experience and are Florida-licensed instructors, ensuring professional, real-world guidance.

Special Deal: Agents who close at least one transaction under our training will receive either their Post-License course OR 14 hours of Continuing Education (CE) for free.

If you’re a broker, this program can also serve as a powerful recruiting tool to attract and train new agents.
